Service Description

Sara will assess your level of burnout and suggest tools (including a regular meditation or "Still" practice, if possible) to bring your system back to homeostasis and a healing state. Suggestions will vary depending on your unique situation/state. This session may include 10 minutes of silent meditation and a 5-minute meditation debrief.
